Where do you need integration partners?
Everywhere our clients are. We are especially keen to hear from integrators in Europe, Asia Pacific, the GCC, the USA and Canada.
Who contracts with the end client?
It depends on the project. Sometimes DAVE holds the contract and engages you to install, and sometimes you hold it and engage DAVE for design and commissioning. We agree this before every job.
Do we need to use specific brands?
We design around what suits the client, usually with our technology partners. If you have strong local supply relationships, tell us, as that helps with lead times and support.
How do commissioning and project management work?
Every project is planned, tracked and reported on our AI-driven project management platform, so you see the same programme, deliveries and progress we do. At handover your team connects the system to a secure remote access point, and our engineers in the UK run automated tests, load configurations and tune the system with you on a call.
Who handles service and maintenance?
We need local partners to deliver service and maintenance programmes on every site. Our UK team supports them globally with monitoring, spares, remote diagnostics and engineering backup.
What does it cost to join?
Nothing. Partners are paid for the work they deliver on each project.
